The software used is based on standard products from Dassault Systèmes in connection with innovative, industry-specific CENIT solutions. We support the manufacturing industry in the holistic implementation and optimization of their business processes: from product development to production and service. We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology and sales, who wants to contribute to CENIT’s success while developing their skills in sales engineering. You will be active in expanding our customer base and manage relationships with existing clients. You will analyze the business processes of our prospects, identify challenges and offer suitable projects in the area of digital continuity. You will play a key role in our sales growth and achieving company’s targets.

If you would like to join us as a Junior Sales Engineer, these should spark your interest:
- Act as the contact person for the customers and develop a valuable, trusting partnership through consistent customer orientation;
- Develop sales opportunities with new & existing customers following a consultative sales approach;
- Analyze the customers’ business processes and future challenges in order to extrapolate potential for improvement and concrete solutions. Besides the sustainability, the development of our sales activities stays at the forefront of your activity;
- Provide consulting services to our clients with regard to our software portfolio and prepare for them a coherent overall package containing software products from the market leader Dassault Systèmes, our services as well as complementary third-party solutions;
- For all sales and marketing activities, you will be supported by our experienced sales team members, working towards the same goals.
Was du mitbringst
We look for a motivated and result-driven colleague that:
- Has completed studies in mechanical engineering/mechatronics/ machine building technology or any other relevant technical field;
- Has knowledge or experience with PLM/CAD solutions, ideally with Dassault Systèmes solutions (CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA, 3D Experience etc.) or alternatively with another PLM system such as Teamcenter, Windchill or SAP PLM or applications such as CREO, AutoCad etc.;
- Has knowledge or experience in sales area, ideally consultancy and offering technical solutions;
- Enjoys long-term sales cycles and creatively use various sales tactics and methods;
- Has an entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial mind (generates new ideas, has a proactive mindset, is independent and responsible);
- Looks for long-term work perspectives and resonates with our organizational core values (partnership-based, entrepreneurial, future-oriented, dynamic, trusting);
- Has basic skills in negotiation and analytical thinking, plus the eagerness to improve it;
- Enjoys interacting and collaborating with others, has excellent communication skills and ability to present & demonstrate technical concepts;
- Practical experience in cost estimation, contract drafting, negotiation etc. would be an advantage;
- Has confident demeanor and customer-oriented thinking;
- Is fluent in English. Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not a requirement;
- Lives in Romania, has a valid driving license and willingness to travel around the country to our customers and prospective customers.
